Domovoi Happy Foods is our vendor for sandwiches, salads and wraps. Domovoi uses all natural products with a leaning towards organics. All the meats are free range with no sulfites or growth hormones used in their production - no processed deli meats in these sandwiches. The entire menu is naturally low in fat but extreme gourmet and delicious. The options will include a Ham & Gouda Sandwich and a SALMON FILLET WRAP. For our vegetarians... the Hummus and Roasted Veggie on Focaccia or the ASIAN NOODLE SALAD! They also do an amazing Vegan and WHEAT FREE brownie!
Mctavish Shortbreads are phenomenal. The owner of UCL is a shortbread freak so its no surprise that Mctavish is the vendor of choice here. The recipe for their shortbreads has been passed down from generations - they are the best! From the LEMON Dipped in White Chocolate, the Butter Dipped in Dark Chocolate or even their plain is a perfect compliment to a UCL Coffee. We love these cookies.
Blazing Bagels supplies us with a large variety of super fresh bagels. We also get our super popular Oven Toasted BREAKFAST SANDWICHES from these guys. Try the Sausage one, I dare you to tell me you are still hungry after you finish. They take a Cheddar Bagel, slice and layer egg, more cheddar and a huge piece of sausage in the middle, then bake it. Seriously, these are amazing.
Chocolati Hand Made Chocolates is a small local chocolate shop that we have fell in love with. We carry truffles because Coffee and Chocolate go so well together - try the Cinnamon Almond Aztec, its a house fave. We also use their HANDMADE chocolate for our "Top Shelf Mocha". This is a Dark Chocolate Blend of Venezuelan and Ecuadorian chocolates that we blend in with our espresso. Not too sweet, just a great gourmet dark chocolate flavor.
